Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative

Job Description:

  • 23 year old wholesale custom sign manufacturing company is looking for a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative.
  • The Company manufactures large thermoformed plastic signs such as those seen at Advanced Auto Parts, Shell, Chase Bank and other retail establishments.
  • The Company sells ONLY to other sign companies on a wholesale basis. The Company does not sell directly to retail businesses.
  • The Company currently has 4 Customer Service Representatives with 20 years, 17 years, 3 years, and 1 year of service.  The Company is looking to add one more position.
  • The Customer Service Rep (CSR) receives incoming calls and emails from sign company customers along with drawings of signs that they want the - Company to build. The CSR records all required information, quotes the customer a price and if agreed, prepares the order to build the sign and collects the money for the sale.

Requirements:

  • The CSR's must have an extremely high attention to detail and be able to read dimensional and scaled drawings.
  • CSR's must also have an ability to establish a positive trust relationship with a customer over the phone.
  • CSR's should be proficient with Microsoft Office applications and be able to learn and be productive with the Company's proprietary Quoting and Work Order system.
  • Job experience in a similar role and/or experience in the sign industry would be helpful but is not required.

We are located in Northwest Georgia and are seeking a dynamic person with excellent project management, prioritizing, leadership and customer service skills to supervise our installation and service department.
